The Application of the Social Learning Theory of Career Decision Making in Career Counseling

Abstract: The constant changes in society, differences in learning experiences, and human factors have different influences on individual career decisions. By explaining the current situation of career counseling, this paper discusses the advantages of introducing the social learning theory of career decision making into career counseling, and tries to deal with the pain points and difficulties of current career counseling. It encourages the use of resources and the play of individual initiative, so as to maximize the interaction function of subjective and objective factors, promote career decision-making and action, and provide methods and paths for the society and individuals to make use of the environment to play their subjective initiative and make good career planning and decision.
