Abstract: Employment is not only the biggest livelihood, but also the foundation of social and economic development. In 2020, China's employment work has achieved remarkable results in three aspects: the number of new employment, the investigation of unemployment rate and key employment groups. During the period of the 14th five year plan, Chongqing adheres to the strategy of giving priority to employment, and takes "stabilizing employment" and "ensuring employment" as its key tasks. College graduates are the key group in the employment work. To do a good job in Chongqing's college employment work with innovative measures can not only promote high-quality development and create high-quality life, but also be an important foundation for practicing the people-centered development idea and promoting common prosperity.
