Research on the Training of Construction Engineering Management Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the Integration of “1+X”BIM Certificate System and Modern Apprenticeship System

Abstract

Abstract: The construction of Modern intelligent building and smart city urgently needs applied technical talents who master BIM skills. Higher vocational colleges should be based on the future development and demand of construction industry, taking modern apprenticeship as the platform, take “1+X” BIM certificate training content organic integration into modern apprenticeship construction project management professional talent training program. Optimize the curriculum system,construction project management talents which can meet the requirements of BIM vocational skill level certificate evaluation and modern apprenticeship system.
