Thoughts on the Development of Online Education Technology in Chinese Universities in “Special Period”

Abstract: The “Suspended without suspension” in 2020 is the largest ever emergency teaching practice. Online teaching technology began to enter all aspects of education and teaching comprehensively, with unprecedented speed, wide range and deep integration. College students had gradually returned to school with the effective control of the epidemic in China. The future of online education in post-epidemic era has become a topic of high concern in the educational circle and even the whole society. This paper analyzes the influence of “Suspended without suspension” on online education, and then discusses the trend of online college education technology and higher education. It is believed that the deep integration of online education technology and higher education will become an irreversible educational revolution.
