Abstract: Nowadays, more and more attention is paid to labor education under the background of "Mass entrepreneurship and innovation", which is not only the demand of cultivating innovative talents, but also the important way of labor innovation. Starting from the connotation of labor education and the necessity of carrying out labor education, this paper analyzes the current situation and reasons of labor education under the background of "Mass entrepreneurship and innovation" , and then puts forward the strategy and policy of perfecting labor education system, in order to better integrate labor education with innovation and entrepreneurship to provide ideas.
