Abstract: Aiming at the problem of professional construction mechanism innovation in higher vocational colleges, taking the engineering surveying major of the national backbone school construction project of our school as the starting point, innovative development and construction reflecting the cold characteristics, integrating teaching, scientific research, production and social services into one, An all-round, multi-directional, comprehensive and three-dimensional open "six in one" talent training model. Through practice, students' professional skills have been significantly improved, and the comprehensive quality of graduates has been unanimously praised by employers. The research results have positive reference value for the professional construction of vocational colleges and the improvement of the quality of talent training.
