Abstract: Informal learning has been shaping college students' lives. The construction of ecosphere of ideological and political education in college cannot separate from informal learning. An exploration of management system of ecosphere of ideological and political education on the basis of integration of informal learning and ideological and political education, which integrates the college, families, enterprise and society as a whole with the core of the college. It paves the way for the integration of individual education, atmosphere education and vocational education, in order to form the pattern of great ideological and political education.
