Abstract: As the main force of innovation and entrepreneurship, science and engineering colleges and universities will produce a large number of innovative achievements in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship every year. However, at present, most colleges and universities mainly focus on how to guide innovation, but pay little attention to the intellectual property problems arising from innovation, resulting in the loss of a large number of innovative achievements. Therefore, the popularization of patent literacy in science and engineering universities has become an important part of innovation and entrepreneurship education. After analyzing the existing intellectual property education system in Colleges and universities, this paper puts forward a patent knowledge education system based on the combination of theory and practice and multi-disciplinary integration.
