Exploration on the Reform of the Practical Course of

Abstract

Abstract: The "Human Resource Management" practical course is an important way to cultivate applied talents. This article takes Jiangxi University of Technology as an example to analyze the problems existing in the "Human Resource Management" practical course in the context of innovation and entrepreneurship, and to explore ways to improve students' innovation and entrepreneurship through curriculum reform.
