Abstract: The quality education and training of college students is an important task that our country must face in the new era. The quality education of art colleges and universities plays a leading role in the national colleges and universities. In the process of quality education and cultivation of students, colleges and universities should put aside the former formalism style of "more but less refined", "speaking but not practicing". Colleges and universities should not only innovate in teaching methods, but also grasp the cognitive laws of college students. On the premise of laying a solid foundation in an all-round way, let students have a broad vision, give full play to the individual advantages of different individuals, exercise their thinking ability, and improve their comprehensive quality. By analyzing the current situation of the quality education of art college students, this paper finds the gap between the quality education of art college students and the talent training goal of social demand. This paper explores the scientific nature and connotation of quality education in art colleges and universities from the perspective of education mode, and improves the innovative course system of art teaching in art colleges and universities. In addition, it also explores the cultivation of creative ability, lifelong learning concept and the education of university students' world outlook and outlook on life.
