Abstract: This paper takes the perspective of innovative and Entrepreneurial Competition as the main breakthrough point, this paper sorts out the current situation of the cultivation of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship, and finds that there are many bottleneck problems in the aspects of team actual combat ability, the construction of teachers' team, the motivation of colleges and universities and the transformation of achievements, based on this, the following suggestions are put forward: As the highland of talent cultivation, universities should perfect the innovation incentive mechanism, deepen the training system of innovative and pioneering talents, and strengthen the teaching staff; At the same time, the government should cultivate the soil for cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents of university students, and create good conditions for the transformation of the theoretical achievements of innovation and Entrepreneurship of university students.
