Exploration on the Path to Improve the Core Quality of Vocational College Students based on Positive Psychology

Abstract: Positive psychology mainly explores people's psychology and enthusiasm, the current higher vocational college students generally have a series of psychological problems, the main performance is more negative factors, often self-denial, not confident about themselves and so on. Such a psychological state is not conducive to the growth of students, based on this, schools should improve their own mental health education mechanism, to create a positive learning environment for students, cultivate their sound personality.
