Abstract: The rapid development of higher education has created good conditions for the cultivation of higher talents in China. In the process of the reform and construction of higher education, the role of education informatization is very significant. The informatization of higher education has also become a new trend of the reform and construction of higher education around the world, which greatly promotes the development of education individuality and reduces innovation the difficulty of talent cultivation makes the educational resources to be optimized and rationally utilized. Especially in the context of the continuous acceleration of the process of higher education informatization, it has brought a strong impetus to the reform of teaching management. Colleges and universities grasp the favorable opportunity of higher education informatization, further tap and expand the advantages of informatization, ensure the effectiveness of teaching management reform, and adapt to the requirements of higher education reform.
