Research on the Cultivation and Improvement of College Students' Quality in the Reform of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Colleges and Universities

Abstract: In order to meet the needs of social and economic transformation and upgrading, it is an inevitable choice to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. In recent years, more and more college graduates have joined the wave of innovation and entrepreneurship, and even become the main force of innovation and entrepreneurship. At the same time, they are facing new challenges from the society to their knowledge structure, psychological quality, personality development and innovative entrepreneurial ability. This paper analyzes the development process and concept of innovative entrepreneurship quality education in colleges and universities, and analyzes the problems and causes existing in the process of innovative entrepreneurship quality education in colleges and universities at the same time, and analyzes from the individual, family and study of college students In order to provide some reference for the cultivation and improvement of college students' innovative and entrepreneurial quality, some suggestions are put forward on improving the quality education effect of college students in the aspects of school and society.
