Research on the Construction of "Double-qualified" Teachers of E-commerce Major in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract: With the status and role of vocational education becoming more prominent, people's attitude towards higher vocational colleges is also changin.Therefore, the requirements for the quality and skills of teachers in higher vocational colleges are also constantly improving, and the education sector is paying more and more attention to the construction of "double qualified" teachers. This paper briefly introduces the connotation of "double-qualified" teachers, analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of "double-qualified" teachers in e-commerce major through the investigation and research of some higher vocational colleges, and puts forward some relevant suggestions in order to provide reference for the cultivation of teachers in e-commerce major.
