Abstract: With the further development of national first-class undergraduate major construction, exploration and practice of the reform of talent training mode in Higher Education are being carried out in colleges and universities. Take Henan University of Science and Technology as an example, this paper implements a series of reform measures of education and teaching management by formulating diversified professional personnel training programs, innovating and broadening diversified talent training channels, constructing a new system of extracurricular training and education with deep integration inside and outside the class, improving the teaching quality assurance system, and improving the education and teaching management system of diversified talent training mode. The "3435" talent training system has been established, and certain achievements have been made. This model provides reference for the education management reform of other comprehensive universities in other places.
