Exploring the Path of Improving Teaching Skills for New College Teachers

Abstract: With the increasing number of young talents from home and abroad into universities, new teachers in universities have gradually become an indispensable force in undertaking basic course teaching and promoting educational reform and innovation. How to effectively enhance the teaching skills of new university teachers has become an important issue in the construction of the university teaching staff. There are still many difficulties in the current process of cultivating teaching skills for new teachers in universities, which seriously restrict their improvement in teaching skills and career development. This article focuses on the characteristics and future development of the new teacher group in universities, and proposes a training path for new teachers, hoping to help improve the training system for new teachers in universities and promote their professional development.
