Abstract: From the perspective of“three-whole education”(all-staff education, all-process education, and all-round education), this paper systematically discusses the current problems such as the imperfect cooperation mechanism for innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, the incomplete training system, and the insufficient construction of practical carriers. Based on the case studies, universities have proposed three approaches to building an innovation and entrepreneurship education system in colleges and universities. This article aims to explore the methods and paths to solve the problems of fragmentation and homogenization in innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, providing theoretical references for colleges and universities to cultivate talents with innovative spirit, entrepreneurial awareness and entrepreneurial ability.
