Abstract: In the context of promoting carbon neutrality strategies, green transformation has become the core orientation of economic and social development, and college students'innovation and entrepreneurship practices align with the needs of green transformation. To clarify the practical path for college students'green innovation and entrepreneurship under the goal of carbon neutrality, this study relies on the collaborative perspective of policy, industry, and technology to sort out core dimensions and construct an adaptive practical path system. The research shows that policy orientation, industry demand, and technology empowerment constitute the three-dimensional core of college students'green innovation and entrepreneurship. Policy support, industry adaptation, and technology transformation form diverse practical paths, and multi-agent collaboration is a key factor in improving entrepreneurial success rates. The research results provide practical support for college students'green innovation and entrepreneurship, helping to achieve the goal of green and low-carbon development.
