Research on the Employment Challenges and Countermeasures Faced by College Graduates in the Era of Generative AI—Taking College Students in Henan Province as an Example

Abstract

Abstract: With the deepening application of generative AI technologies represented by DeepSeek and ChatGPT, the employment of college graduates in Henan Province is facing new challenges. This article comprehensively analyzes the impact of the application of generative AI technology on the employment market of college students at home and abroad, and proposes countermeasures such as AI technology leads the transformation of employment concepts, AI technology empowers innovation and entrepreneurship, and AI technology reshapes new forms of interdisciplinary employment, in order to establish a high-quality employment path for college graduates in Henan Province in the era of generative AI, and provide reference for local government departments and universities to improve the employment mechanism of graduates.
