Research on Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Universities under the Background of School Enterprise Cooperation—Taking Medical Aesthetics Technology as an Example

Abstract

Abstract: With the rapid development of China's medical beauty industry, the society demand for medical beauty technology professionals continues to grow, and the industry's requirements for talents have shifted from single operational skills to compound innovation capabilities. Currently, medical beauty institutions are generally facing the dilemma of insufficient talent supply, especially the shortage of comprehensive talents with medical literacy, technical operation ability, and business thinking. This supply-demand contradiction reflects that the traditional talent training model is no longer able to adapt to the rapidly evolving development needs of the industry, and universities urgently need to explore more effective talent training paths. Taking the medical beauty technology major as an example, this study explores the optimization path of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities under the background of school enterprise cooperation, in order to provide valuable reference.
