Research on the Construction Path of Business Administration Major in Application-Oriented Universities under the Background of Digital Intelligence

Abstract

Abstract: The in-depth development of the digital and intelligent economy has reshaped the talent demand structure of the business administration industry, where compound, digital-intelligent and practice-oriented talents have become the talents needed by the industry. This paper discusses the existing problems in talent cultivation of the business administration major in application-oriented universities. From three dimensions, reconstruction of training objectives, innovation of curriculum systems and transformation of faculty teams, it puts forward ideas and paths for the construction of the business administration major in the context of digital and intelligent development. The paper aims to achieve accurate matching between professional education and the needs of the digital and intelligent industry, providing practical references for the reform of the business administration major in application-oriented universities.
