Abstract: The transformation and upgrading of industries have put forward higher requirements for the quality of on-site engineers, and the problem of disconnection between traditional mathematical modeling courses and production reality has become prominent. This article is based on the concept of integrating industry and education, exploring the practical path of empowering on-site engineer training with mathematical modeling courses, proposing to reconstruct course content based on real enterprise projects, and achieve deep integration between teaching scenarios and production practices; Relying on the school enterprise joint construction platform, guide students to exercise their problem-solving skills in real industrial environments; Establish an evaluation system for school enterprise collaboration to promote precise alignment between assessment standards and job requirements. This path integrates mathematical modeling into on-site engineering practice, providing a reference for cultivating technical and skilled talents with systematic thinking and comprehensive problem-solving abilities.
