Research on Effective Pathways for Nursing Talent Cultivation through Skill Competitions

Abstract: In the process of cultivating nursing professionals, it is necessary to continuously improve the abilities of nursing staff. From the perspective of vocational skills competitions, this study analyzes the connotation of such competitions and their positive role in nursing talent cultivation. By optimizing curricula, innovating teaching methods, building practical training facilities, and improving faculty capabilities, the quality of nursing education can be elevated. Practical evidence demonstrates that participating in skill competitions strengthens nursing knowledge mastery, enhances practical abilities, and comprehensively improves professional competence, thereby delivering a high-quality talent pool to society.
