Abstract: Deepening industry-education integration is a strategic imperative to align the education and talent development chains with industrial and innovation ecosystems. It represents a key solution to the structural mismatch between talent supply and demand in the semiconductor industry. Based on collaborative education practices from universities across the country and anchored in the developmental model of Xidian University's national industry-education integration innovation platform, this study examines both general and context-specific bottlenecks hindering integration efforts. We propose a tiered practical-training curriculum framework for semiconductor technologies, designed for undergraduates, postgraduates, and continuing education professionals. The implementation roadmap is articulated through four dimensions: competency-oriented objectives, curriculum structure, university-industry co-governance, and immersive training methods. This model provides a replicable framework for curriculum reform in semiconductor-focused industry-education integration, tailored to national strategic priorities.
