Abstract: With the deepening of the“The Belt and Road”initiative, the urgent need for international protection of intellectual property rights in the co construction country is driving the strategic reform of China's foreign-related legal personnel training system. Based on the unique geographical advantage of Yunnan's proximity to South Asia and Southeast Asia, this paper innovatively integrates the connotation and regional characteristics of the“The Belt and Road”initiative with the international intellectual property protection curriculum, and proposes a curriculum construction paradigm of“bilingual as the bridge, content as the guide, regional as the feature, and practice as the guide”. This paradigm systematically constructs a three-dimensional curriculum module of“core system regional characteristics practical abilities”, and advocates the use of content and language integration learning method (CLIL) and case-based teaching. To ensure the implementation of the course, three supporting paths are proposed: forming interdisciplinary teaching teams, developing localized case textbooks, and establishing school enterprise collaborative practice bases, in order to provide a paradigm reference for regional universities in China to carry out characteristic and high-level foreign-related legal education.
