Abstract: With the continuous development of artificial intelligence technology, the construction of large models has also entered a new stage of development. Conducting digital education activities is one of the important measures to promote educational innovation in line with the development of the times, and has significant importance in China's modern education construction. This article focuses on the various challenges faced by the teaching reform of digital image processing courses in the era of big models, and proposes a dual wheel drive reform with“comprehensive project driven”and“deep integration of AI teaching assistants”as the core. By designing comprehensive projects, the teaching key is shifted from code implementation to requirement analysis, system integration, debugging and adjustment, and result evaluation, effectively enhancing the level of engineering practice.
