Abstract: To address the growing demand for digital talents in smart scenic spots and the digital tourism industry, this paper analyzes current challenges in teacher resources, educational facilities, and school-enterprise collaboration, and proposes improvement strategies. Through literature review and case studies, it identifies effective measures such as strengthening teaching staff, innovating training models, establishing joint internship bases, and building integrated platforms. These initiatives enhance university-enterprise cooperation and foster interdisciplinary talents suited to modern smart scenic development.
