Abstract: New quality productivity drives the innovation of talent cultivation models in universities through technological integration and resource reorganization. However, current challenges such as superficial technology adoption and fragmented resource allocation hinder the alignment between talent development and industry demands. To address this, universities should deepen technological integration, optimize resource coordination, break traditional disciplinary boundaries, and establish a dynamic response system to industry needs—enhancing both the quality and precision of innovation and entrepreneurship education for deeper industry-academia synergy.
