Exploration of the Path to Enhance Clinical Capabilities of Medical Professional Master Students under the Perspective of Big Data Empowerment

Abstract: Against the backdrop of new-quality productive forces and the digital transformation of education, medical professional master's training faces issues such as disconnected clinical competence from job demands and insufficient precision in management. Drawing on clinical competence competition cases among national medical colleges, this paper explores the application of big data in theoretical education, clinical practice, scientific research, and faculty development for medical professional masters from a classified development perspective. It constructs data-driven programs and evaluation systems to address homogenization, enhance clinical competence, facilitate the cultivation of practical and innovative talents, and support the high-quality development of graduate education.
