Abstract: New-quality productive forces, centered on technological innovation, bring new connotations to innovation and entrepreneurship practice in medical universities. Considering its core characteristics (innovation-driven, technology-intensive, green-efficient, collaborative) and medical universities'unique attributes (strong professionalism, high ethics, close industry-education-research integration), this paper addresses issues like disconnection between courses and technology, insufficient platforms, single faculty structure, and imperfect evaluation mechanisms. It proposes practical paths from four aspects:“medicine+technology”curriculum, multi-level cross-field platforms, double-qualified diversified faculty, and full-chain precise incentives, providing theoretical and practical guidance for cultivating talents adapting to new-quality productive forces.
