Research on the Promotion Path of Higher Vocational Education in Supporting Talent Revitalization for Digital Villages under the Background of New Quality Productivity

Abstract: Against the backdrop of the deep integration of the digital economy and rural revitalization, the development of new quality productivity has put forward higher requirements for the construction of digital villages. Among them, higher vocational education, as the main battlefield for cultivating technical and skilled talents, urgently needs to explore the path of digital rural talent revitalization that meets the needs of new quality productivity. Therefore, this paper will start from the connotation of new quality productivity, deeply analyze the role of higher vocational education in the construction of digital villages, and reveal the current realistic predicaments faced by higher vocational education, such as the lagging of talent cultivation systems, regional talent structure contradictions, and imbalanced distribution of educational resources. At the same time, it proposes to promote the coordinated development of higher vocational education and digital village construction through paths such as optimizing the cultivation system, strengthening professional technical services, and deepening platform support, thereby providing sustainable talent guarantees for rural revitalization.
