Exploration of Optimizing Graduate Education Mode under the Background of High end Transformation of Manufacturing Industry—Research on Textile Enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta Region

Abstract

Abstract: The high-end transformation of the manufacturing industry is the core path for China to achieve modernization of its industrial system, and its high-end transformation poses an urgent demand for high-level innovative talents. This article takes textile enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta region as the research object. Through questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews, it systematically analyzes the demand characteristics of enterprises for graduate abilities under the high-end transformation of the manufacturing industry and the supply-demand mismatch problem of the current training mode. Based on the research results, it proposes optimization strategies for graduate training mode to provide talent support for the high-end transformation of the manufacturing industry.
