Abstract: Under China's new development paradigm, the internationalization of engineering and technology fields is accelerating, making foreign language proficiency a critical dimension of talent competitiveness. In response to the transformation needs of the industry-education integration model, universities must urgently establish a foreign language that deeply integrates with engineering disciplines, solving the problems such as disconnect between learning and application, simplistic evaluation methods, and resource barriers. Focusing on the theme of engineering talent cultivation, this study proposes to achieve precise alignment between foreign language competencies and professional requirements through the construction of university-enterprise collaborative practice platforms. By promoting a paradigm shift in foreign language education from a mere tool-oriented approach to a professional empowerment perspective, the research aims to provide valuable references for optimizing the quality and efficiency of foreign language teaching in universities.
