Abstract: Against the backdrop of rapid development of new quality productivity, the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education with professional education in vocational colleges faces many problems. This article analyzes prominent issues such as teacher capacity gaps, mismatched course supply, and virtualization of practical platforms, revealing the deep attribution of cognitive level“instrumental rationality”dominance, institutional level evaluation orientation imbalance, and resource level fragmented supply. Based on this, it proposes the construction of a dual teacher community of“industry mentors+professional teachers”, the development of a dual track curriculum system of“technological innovation+job skills”, and the optimization strategy of creating a“technological innovation workshop”practical ecology. The article aims to provide a systematic path for vocational colleges to solve the problem of“professional innovation integration”and help them better serve the development of new quality productivity.
