Practical Analysis of the Construction of Employment and Entrepreneurship Guidance Counselor Studios in Universities in the New Era

Abstract

Abstract: In the new era, the employment of college graduates is an important component of the national talent strategy. The construction of the college employment and entrepreneurship guidance counselor studio has become an effective way to enhance the counselor's ability to provide employment and entrepreneurship guidance and help students find high-quality employment. This article is based on the policy guidance of the Party and the state on the employment priority strategy, combined with the professional and occupational development needs of college counselors, and explores the construction significance, principles, and ideas of the employment and entrepreneurship guidance counselor Studio. Research shows that studio construction can not only actively connect with employment priority strategies and respond to changes in the employment situation of college students, but also provide a professional development platform for counselors.
