Abstract: Against the backdrop of the continuous implement of the innovation-driven development strategy, emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and smart manufacturing are rapidly developing. In response to the new demands brought about by industrial transformation and upgrading, modern enterprises urgently require high-end skilled talents with innovation and entrepreneurship abilities. As an important base for cultivating innovative technological talents, vocational undergraduate institutions bear the mission of supplying high-quality talents for national strategies and regional industrial development. In recent years, the school-enterprise collaborative cooperation model has gradually become an important development trend in higher education for innovation and entrepreneurship, playing a positive role in precisely setting talent cultivation goals, stimulating students'subjective initiative, and improving educational effectiveness. However, in practice, vocational undergraduate innovation and entrepreneurship education still faces significant issues such as severe homogenization, weak industry linkage, insufficient enterprise involvement in collaborative education, and lack of evaluation and feedback mechanisms. To address these challenges, this paper takes the vocational undergraduate program in intelligent control technology as an example, analyzes the current issues in innovation and entrepreneurship education, and proposes a practical path for innovation and entrepreneurship education based on school-enterprise collaborative cooperation, aimed at meeting the demands of emerging technologies and the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries.
