Abstract: In recent years, the number of college students has been increasing year by year, and the pressure of employment and entrepreneurship for students is relatively high. Universities are constantly strengthening their guidance and guidance for students'employment and entrepreneurship, in order to improve their employment and entrepreneurship abilities and meet the talent needs of enterprises. Therefore, exploring the cultivation mode of employment and entrepreneurship ability for college students from the perspective of industry education integration is of great practical significance. Based on this, the article first outlines the connotation of industry education integration and employment and entrepreneurship ability, and then proposes the construction strategy of the employment and entrepreneurship ability training mode for university students from the perspective of industry education integration, providing new ideas for talent cultivation in universities.
