Exploration of Talent Cultivation in Materials Science and Engineering Disciplines

Abstract

Abstract: The discipline of materials science and engineering, as an important pillar of modern science and technology, is a key area for promoting national scientific and technological progress and industrial transformation and upgrading. Starting from the current development status of materials science and engineering disciplines, this article analyzes the challenges and opportunities faced by China in talent cultivation in this field. Based on this, the article proposes an optimized path for talent cultivation in materials science and engineering disciplines, which not only helps to improve the talent cultivation system of materials science and engineering disciplines, but also provides theoretical basis and practical reference for universities to promote discipline construction and talent cultivation in the context of the new era.
