Research on the Construction and Practice of Comprehensive Quality Training System for Vocational College Students

Abstract

Abstract: In the face of new situation of socio-economic development and changes in the demand for talent market, vocational education must undergo reform and innovation. Building a comprehensive quality training system for vocational college students is one of the important contents of vocational education reform. This article constructs a comprehensive and systematic system for cultivating the comprehensive qualities of vocational college students, and explores its effective practical path. This system covers curriculum reform, strengthening practical teaching, campus cultural activities and student club construction, innovation and entrepreneurship education system, and student comprehensive literacy evaluation system, aiming to comprehensively enhance students' moral quality, learning ability, physical and mental health, and innovation and entrepreneurship literacy, and provide strong support for cultivating high-quality skilled talents that meet the needs of social development.
