Exploration of Interdisciplinary Integration Teaching Strategies for Medical Microbiology Courses under the Guidance of Applied Talents

Abstract: The exploration of interdisciplinary integration teaching strategies for medical microbiology courses under the guidance of applied talents aims to meet the demand of society for high-quality medical talents. This article elaborates on the goals of interdisciplinary teaching from the perspectives of interdisciplinary thinking, clinical application and research innovation, teamwork and communication. On this basis, teaching strategies such as building interdisciplinary integration course modules, teaching resource sharing platforms, case teaching models, and integrated industry university research practice platforms are proposed. At the same time, to ensure the effective implementation of teaching strategies, emphasis is placed on measures such as teacher guarantee, resource integration, quality monitoring, and policy support, providing reference for the reform of medical microbiology course teaching and promoting the improvement of the quality of applied talent cultivation.
