Abstract: Under the new era, innovation and entrepreneurship have become significant forces driving economic development and social progress. Universities, as cradles for talent cultivation, bear the crucial mission of nurturing high-quality talents with innovative spirit and entrepreneurial capabilities. However, traditional models of innovation and entrepreneurship education are struggling to meet the societal demand for such talents. Therefore, exploring a university-based innovation and entrepreneurship education model that incorporates corporate internship practices is of paramount importance. This paper, grounded in practical research, delves into the vital role of corporate internship practices in innovation and entrepreneurship education from their perspective and proposes corresponding strategies for constructing this educational model.
