Abstract: Objective To explore the application effect of the combination of virtual simulation platform and traditional teaching method in the teaching of human anatomy practical training courses in nursing majors. Methods Two classes of nursing students in our school were selected, one of which was designated as the experimental group, and a teaching method combining virtual simulation platform and traditional practical training was implemented. The other class was designated as the control group, and traditional practical training was implemented. The final practical training exam scores of human anatomy between the two groups of students were compared and their correlation was analyzed; Conduct a satisfaction survey on anatomy training teaching among experimental group students in the form of a survey questionnaire. Results The results of the human anatomy final practical training exams for the experimental group and the control group students showed that the practical training scores of the experimental group students were higher than those of the control group students, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), indicating that compared with traditional practical training teaching methods, the combination of virtual simulation platform and traditional practical teaching can significantly improve students'grades; The satisfaction survey results of the experimental group students show that they are highly satisfied with the teaching method of combining virtual simulation platform with traditional practical teaching, and believe that the new mode can stimulate learning interest, improve spatial imagination, and promote the understanding of theoretical knowledge. Conclusion Compared with traditional training methods, the teaching method combining virtual simulation platforms with traditional training can improve the performance of nursing students in human anatomy training, help enhance their learning interest and enthusiasm, enhance their spatial imagination, and stimulate their learning interest.
