Abstract: The symbiotic perspective provides model thinking support for the construction of“dual teacher”teaching teams in higher vocational education. Symbiotic perspective is an analysis of problems based on the theory of shared physiology, emphasizing the symbiotic relationships between units and individual units. In the construction of traditional vocational“dual teacher”teaching teams, there are mainly problems such as differences in interests, insufficient stability, and imperfect symbiotic environment. In response to these problems, this article proposes strategies for the construction of vocational“dual teacher” teaching teams from the perspective of symbiosis. Enterprises and schools form a symbiotic unit subject, while part-time teachers outside the school and professional teachers inside the school are individuals in the symbiotic unit subject. The construction of a dual teacher teaching team is achieved through the interaction between the symbiotic unit subject and the symbiotic individual of the unit.
