Abstract: New quality productive forces, driven primarily by innovation and integrating cutting-edge technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence, and cloud computing, are reshaping occupational demands and job structures, leading to profound changes in the professional ecosystem. This transformation is also significantly impacting the field of education. As future key contributors to education, teacher trainees are facing systematic changes in their career development. The development of new quality productive forces presents both opportunities and challenges for them. This study proposes countermeasures at three levels: macro (the education system), meso (higher education institutions), and micro (individual student and counselor support). It aims to enrich interdisciplinary research and practical insights at the intersection of new quality productive forces and teacher education, providing a foundation for the training and career guidance of teacher trainees.
