Feasibility Analysis and Implementation Path of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Mentorship System in Universities from the Perspective of New Quality Productivity

Abstract: Currently, a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation is accelerating, and the new quality productivity with digitization and intelligence as its core features has become a key engine driving high-quality economic and social development. New quality productivity emphasizes knowledge, technology, and data as core elements, and achieves a qualitative leap in productivity through innovation driven approaches, which puts higher demands on workers'innovation ability, interdisciplinary thinking, and practical transformation ability. To meet the dynamic demand of new quality productivity for composite innovative talents, universities need to reconstruct their education models and teuching reforms. This article aims to explore the feasibility and implementation path of the mentorship system for innovation and entrepreneurship in universities from the perspective of new quality productivity, with the hope of providing valuable references for innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities.
