Abstract: Against the backdrop of the rapid development of new quality productive forces, the “Technology + Chinese” project explores a new paradigm for the internationalization of vocational education by deeply integrating language teaching with professional skills training. Theoretically, this educational model embodies the core characteristics of new quality productive forces: demand-driven precision alignment with overseas industries, innovation-driven intelligent transformation of teaching, and value-based dialogue fostering a symbiotic relationship between technology and culture. In practice, the project translates theory into action through precise needs assessment, integration of practical training resources, content-language integrated teaching, and a dynamic optimization mechanism. The “Technology + Chinese” model contributes Chinese wisdom to global vocational education, cultivating international talent with both technical skills and cross-cultural understanding, thereby supporting the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative.
