Abstract: To improve students'engineering practice ability and innovative thinking to meet the demands of modern engineering education, this paper starts from the analysis of the characteristics, teaching status, and existing problems of the analog electronic technology course. It integrates the concept of engineering education talent cultivation and constructs a “4+2” three-dimensional teaching model. Taking the “base voltage divider emitter bias circuit” as an example, the CDIO engineering project case is incorporated into teaching practice. The teaching practice demonstrates that this model can effectively improve the teaching level of the analog electronic technology course and enhance students'ability to apply analog electronic technology, achieving good teaching results.
