Abstract: The rise of the concept of new quality productivity puts forward new requirements for personnel training and industrial development mode. In order to explore the path of collaborative innovation in the integration of production and education, this paper focuses on Jinhua, and deeply analyzes the fit between the collaborative construction of production and education and the development of new quality productivity through literature research, field research and case analysis. On the basis of clarifying the niche and relationship of government, enterprises, universities and intermediary organizations in the integration of production and education. This paper reveals the dilemma of the integration of production and education between schools and enterprises in Jinhua area, and then puts forward the strategy of building a collaborative innovation ecosystem (CIE) with the integration of production and education around the dimensions of enterprise economic development, emerging strategic industrial demand, innovative scientific and technological personnel training, and discusses the operating mechanism of CIE around the motivation, cooperative symbiosis, guarantee and feedback mechanism, so as to finally promote the in-depth development of the integration of production and education in Jinhua area, improve the industrial innovation ability and personnel training quality, and promote the landing and development of new quality productivity in this area.
