Abstract: Universities are the main battlefield for achieving independent talent training and establishing a competitive advantages in talent resources. The rapid progress of science and technology and the continuous optimization of industrial structure, higher requirements are put forward for the comprehensive quality and innovation ability of talents. Based on the current demand for the training of top-notch innovative talents, it is imperative to explore more efficient and high-quality training models. By focusing on optimizing the curriculum system, improving the training program, and constructing a training model integrating production and education, this paper explores the effective path of constructing the“undergraduate-graduate integration”training model of applied physics major, establishes an undergraduate-graduate integrated talent training system, and promotes the training for top-notch basic physics talents with strong innovation ability and high comprehensive quality.
